Every ARIN London piece is distinctive in its design, craftsmanship, materials, and ceremonial story.
We take authenticity seriously, both in how we describe our products and in our efforts to protect customers from counterfeit, altered, imitation, or unauthorised goods that do not originate from ARIN London.
HOW TO VERIFY YOUR PIECE
Genuine ARIN London pieces are supplied through ARIN London and authorised sales channels only.
Depending on the collection, purchase date, product type, and availability at the time of fulfilment, genuine ARIN London orders may include items such as:
• Signature ARIN London presentation packaging
• Ritual keepsake box
• Certificate card
• Jewellery care materials
• Order confirmation documentation
• Other accompanying materials supplied by ARIN London from time to time
Packaging, inserts, documentation, certificates, presentation materials, and accompanying items may vary between collections, product categories, promotional periods, and production runs.
Customers who purchase directly from arinlondon.com may contact care@arinlondon.com regarding authenticity enquiries relating to their order.
Where reasonably possible, ARIN London may assist in verifying information relating to purchases made through official channels using available order records and supporting information.
PURCHASING FROM THIRD PARTIES
To ensure authenticity, warranty coverage, client support, and access to ARIN London services, we recommend purchasing directly from arinlondon.com or authorised retail partners officially recognised by ARIN London.
ARIN London does not generally authorise sales through open marketplace platforms, auction sites, unauthorised resellers, or other unverified channels.
Products obtained from unauthorised sources may be counterfeit, altered, damaged, previously owned, improperly stored, incomplete, or otherwise inconsistent with ARIN London quality standards.
ARIN London cannot guarantee the authenticity, condition, provenance, ceremonial preparation, materials, quality, warranty eligibility, or history of products obtained from unauthorised sellers.
Products purchased through unauthorised channels may not qualify for warranty coverage, aftercare services, repair services, ceremonial services, authentication assistance, or other ARIN London benefits.
REPORTING A SUSPECTED COUNTERFEIT
If you believe a product may not be genuine, or if you encounter suspected counterfeit, imitation, unauthorised, or infringing ARIN London products, please contact care@arinlondon.com
Where possible, please provide:
• Photographs of the product
• Details of the seller
• Website links or marketplace listings
• Supporting purchase information
We take intellectual property protection seriously and may investigate reports where appropriate.
AUTHENTICITY DETERMINATIONS
Any authenticity review, assessment, opinion, or determination provided by ARIN London is based on the information available at the time of review.
ARIN London reserves the right to request additional information, photographs, documentation, proof of purchase, or physical inspection before providing an opinion regarding authenticity.
Final authenticity determinations remain at the sole discretion of ARIN London.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
References to blessings, ceremonial preparation, rituals, spiritual practices, or the ARIN 1,000-Hour Blessing Rite relate solely to ARIN London’s internal ceremonial processes and traditions.
ARIN London does not represent, warrant, or guarantee any spiritual, emotional, romantic, financial, professional, legal, medical, psychological, or personal outcome arising from the purchase, ownership, use, blessing, ceremonial preparation, or wearing of any ARIN London piece.
