PRODUCTS & MATERIALS

Are your gemstones natural?

ARIN London uses predominantly natural gemstones throughout its collections. Due to the nature of natural materials, gemstones may vary in colour, pattern, inclusions, texture, shape, and appearance. These variations are natural characteristics and make each piece unique.

Some designs may incorporate premium-grade cubic zirconia (AAAAA grade) or other materials. Where applicable, all materials are identified on the relevant product page.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Due to natural variation, photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, and display differences, the product received may differ slightly from images shown on our website.

What metals do you use?

ARIN London works with sterling silver 925, 18K solid gold, 18K gold-coated sterling silver, natural diamonds, and other premium materials depending on the collection.

Material specifications are provided on each product page. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, ARIN London reserves the right to make reasonable material, manufacturing, or specification changes where necessary without materially affecting the nature or quality of the product.

Is ARIN jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?

ARIN jewellery is crafted using carefully selected nickel-free materials, including sterling silver 925, 18K solid gold, and 18K gold-coated sterling silver, depending on the design.

Individual skin chemistry and sensitivities vary from person to person. Factors including allergies, medical conditions, medications, skincare products, cosmetics, perfumes, environmental conditions, perspiration, lifestyle, and other personal factors may affect how jewellery interacts with the skin.

While many customers wear our jewellery comfortably, ARIN London does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any product will be suitable for every individual, skin type, allergy, sensitivity, or medical condition. Customers with known allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns are responsible for reviewing product materials before purchase and determining whether a product is suitable for their personal use.

Any irritation, discomfort, skin discolouration, allergic reaction, sensitivity, or other physical response resulting from individual skin chemistry, personal conditions, external factors, misuse, improper care, failure to follow care instructions, or contact with water, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, or other substances shall not be considered a manufacturing defect, product fault, quality issue, or basis for a warranty, return, refund, replacement, or compensation claim.

If irritation, discomfort, or any adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Nothing in this FAQ constitutes medical advice, a medical claim, or a guarantee of compatibility with any skin type or medical condition. For full details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions, Jewellery Care Guide, and Our Promise & Warranty.

Can I wear my piece in the shower or pool?

ARIN London jewellery is not designed to be worn while bathing, showering, swimming, exercising, or during prolonged exposure to water, moisture, chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, or similar substances.

Exposure to these elements may accelerate tarnishing, oxidation, fading, gemstone damage, pearl damage, or wear of plated finishes.

Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided by ARIN London. Damage, deterioration, discolouration, or wear resulting from failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect and may not be covered under warranty.

THE BLESSING RITE

Is every piece genuinely blessed?

Each ARIN London piece is intended to undergo our 1,000-Hour Blessing Rite, a six-stage ceremonial process performed according to our internal practices and traditions.

Descriptions of blessings, rituals, intentions, energies, protection, abundance, attraction, prosperity, manifestation, luck, and spiritual properties reflect cultural, symbolic, artistic, and traditional beliefs associated with our brand. Individual experiences, interpretations, and beliefs may vary.

ARIN London does not represent, warrant, or guarantee any spiritual, emotional, romantic, financial, professional, medical, legal, or personal outcome arising from the purchase, gifting, ownership, or use of its products.

Which faith tradition does the blessing come from?

ARIN London welcomes individuals of all faiths, spiritual traditions, and belief systems.

Our blessing rite draws inspiration from ancestral traditions, cultural practices, and symbolic rituals that are not affiliated exclusively with any single religion. The spiritual concepts described throughout our collections represent cultural, symbolic, artistic, and traditional beliefs and should not be interpreted as scientific, medical, legal, financial, or professional claims.

Can I request a specific blessing intention?

ARIN pieces are generally blessed with intentions associated with protection, clarity, love, and personal growth according to our internal ceremonial practices.

Customers are welcome to assign their own personal meaning, intention, or symbolic significance to any ARIN piece. Individual interpretations and experiences may vary.
