We aim to respond to media enquiries within 2 business days, although response times may vary depending on request volume, availability, and scheduling requirements.

Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee participation, provision of samples, interviews, product loans, approval, or collaboration.

BRAND ASSETS

Approved press photography, selected product imagery, logos, brand assets, and media materials may be made available to accredited media representatives upon request and subject to approval.

All intellectual property rights remain the property of ARIN London.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Images should be credited as © ARIN London

• Brand assets may only be used for approved editorial, journalistic, or media purposes

• Images, logos, and brand materials may not be altered, manipulated, edited, filtered, distorted, repurposed, or used in a misleading manner without prior written permission

• Brand assets may not be used in connection with unlawful, defamatory, misleading, offensive, or unauthorised content

ARIN London reserves the right to withdraw permission to use brand assets at any time where reasonably necessary.

FOUNDER INTERVIEWS

Requests for interviews, commentary, speaking engagements, podcasts, media appearances, panel discussions, and related opportunities involving founder Tata Rarin Thongma are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Due to scheduling commitments, not all requests can be accommodated.

Submission of a request does not constitute acceptance or confirmation of participation.

PRODUCT LOANS & PRESS SAMPLES

Selected editorial opportunities may be considered for product loans, photography loans, styling requests, media placements, or press samples.

Any products provided remain subject to separate written agreements, loan terms, return requirements, usage conditions, and approval procedures where applicable.

ARIN London reserves the right to approve, decline, limit, recall, or impose conditions on any product loan or sample request at its discretion.
