We recognise that certain sectors, regions, and stages of global supply chains may present a higher risk of labour exploitation and human rights concerns.

DUE DILIGENCE & RISK MANAGEMENT

As part of our supplier selection and relationship management processes, we may:

• Seek information regarding supplier business practices

• Review available supplier information and credentials

• Consider ethical and responsible sourcing factors

• Assess supplier suitability before engagement

• Review supplier relationships periodically

• Raise concerns where issues are identified

While we seek to work with reputable suppliers and partners, ARIN London cannot guarantee the actions, conduct, policies, or compliance of independent third parties.

POLICIES & EXPECTATIONS

We seek to work with suppliers and partners whose standards align with our expectations regarding ethical conduct, lawful business practices, and respect for human rights.

Where appropriate, suppliers may be requested to confirm compliance with applicable labour, employment, and human rights laws.

ARIN London reserves the right to review, reconsider, suspend, or terminate supplier relationships where serious concerns regarding unethical conduct, labour practices, or legal compliance arise.

TRAINING & AWARENESS

As our business continues to grow, we aim to strengthen awareness of ethical sourcing, labour rights, responsible procurement, and supply chain risk management.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We recognise that identifying and addressing modern slavery risks is an ongoing process.

ARIN London remains committed to reviewing our practices, improving our understanding of supply chain risks, and taking reasonable steps to support ethical business conduct throughout our operations.
