These Terms & Conditions form part of the contract between you and ARIN London once your order has been accepted.

As individual skin chemistry and sensitivities may vary, ARIN London does not guarantee that all products will be suitable for every individual or skin type. Customers with known allergies or sensitivities are encouraged to review product materials before purchasing.

Any irritation, discomfort, skin discolouration, allergic reaction, or sensitivity resulting from individual skin chemistry, perspiration, cosmetic products, perfumes, lotions, medications, environmental factors, or other personal conditions shall not be considered a manufacturing defect or product fault.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on this website are subject to change without notice.

In the event of an error relating to pricing, product descriptions, availability, technical issues, or system malfunctions, ARIN London reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or amend any order and issue a refund where applicable.

Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

ARIN London reserves the right to refuse, limit, suspend, or cancel any order where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to stock unavailability, payment verification issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, suspected unauthorised transactions, or where we are otherwise unable to fulfil an order.

Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of an order. A contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

FRAUD PREVENTION

ARIN London reserves the right to refuse orders, warranty claims, returns, exchanges, or refunds where fraudulent activity, abuse, product substitution, tampering, intentional damage, or misuse is reasonably suspected.

Where necessary, ARIN London may request additional information to verify the identity of the purchaser or the legitimacy of an order before dispatch.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. While ARIN London will make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, applicable import duties, customs duties, and taxes are included where stated at checkout. Customers will not be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery for eligible DDP shipments.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided with the order. If a parcel is lost before confirmed delivery, ARIN London will work with the courier to investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. ARIN London shall not be responsible for delays, additional costs, failed deliveries, or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

RISK OF LOSS

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided with the order.

Where a parcel is reported as lost before confirmed delivery, ARIN London will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the matter. Claims relating to parcels confirmed as delivered will be handled in accordance with the courier’s procedures and applicable consumer laws.

RETURNS AND WARRANTY

Returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy and Our Promise & Warranty.

Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided by ARIN London.

ARIN London is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper storage, water exposure, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, unauthorised repairs, modifications, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

ARIN London reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access to this website, suspend customer accounts, or decline future orders where customers engage in fraudulent activity, abuse our staff, misuse our services, or otherwise breach these Terms & Conditions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on this website, including but not limited to jewellery designs, product concepts, logos, branding, names, artwork, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, text, packaging designs, and digital materials, is owned by ARIN London and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

USER GENERATED CONTENT

By submitting reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, social media content, or by tagging ARIN London on social media platforms, you grant ARIN London a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, and share such content for promotional, editorial, marketing, and commercial purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARIN London shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or any ARIN London product.
