Our Promise & Warranty

At ARIN London, we believe meaningful jewellery should be created with care, craftsmanship, and lasting quality.

Every piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted to accompany you through life’s journeys. To reflect our commitment to quality and workmanship, ARIN London jewellery is covered by a Two-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery, subject to the terms set out below.

What’s Covered

The ARIN Two-Year Limited Warranty covers verified manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that arise during normal intended use of the product.

Examples of covered defects may include:

• Faulty clasps, chains, hinges, or closures caused by manufacturing defects

• Structural defects resulting directly from manufacturing faults

• Stone-setting defects resulting in stone loss where ARIN London determines the loss was caused by a manufacturing defect

• Material defects that cause abnormal deterioration inconsistent with the product’s intended design and construction

Where a valid warranty claim is approved, ARIN London may, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, provide store credit for, or refund the affected product.

Replacement products may be substituted with the same item, a substantially similar item, or an item of equivalent value where the original item is no longer available.

The remedies described in this warranty constitute the customer’s sole and exclusive remedies under this warranty to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

What’s Not Covered

The ARIN Two-Year Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, surface marks, tarnishing, oxidation, fading, loss of lustre, gemstone wear, pearl wear, or gradual wear of plated finishes

• Damage resulting from accidental impact, dropping, crushing, pulling, bending, stretching, snagging, misuse, negligence, or improper handling

• Damage caused by water, moisture, humidity, chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, hairspray, sunscreen, chlorine, saltwater, cleaning products, or environmental exposure

• Damage resulting from failure to follow the ARIN Jewellery Care Guide

• Stone loss resulting from accidental damage, impact, misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

• Damage caused by improper storage

• Damage resulting from unauthorised repair, alteration, modification, resizing, or servicing performed by any third party

• Skin irritation, skin discolouration, allergic reactions, sensitivities, or any physical response resulting from individual skin chemistry, allergies, sensitivities, medications, medical conditions, environmental factors, or personal circumstances

• Variations in natural gemstones, pearls, shells, crystals, or other natural materials, including colour, inclusions, pattern, texture, transparency, shape, or appearance

• Lost, misplaced, or stolen items

• Products purchased second-hand, through unauthorised sellers, or where ownership has been transferred to another party following the original purchase

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our Care Team at: care@arinlondon.com

Please provide:

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the affected area

ARIN London reserves the right to request additional information, photographs, videos, or physical inspection of the product before determining warranty eligibility.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty assessment where permitted by applicable law.

Warranty Assessment

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by ARIN London.

The existence of damage, stone loss, tarnishing, plating wear, or other deterioration does not automatically indicate the presence of a manufacturing defect.

ARIN London shall determine, acting reasonably and based on the information available, whether a defect is covered under this warranty.

Lifetime Care Beyond the Warranty

Jewellery often becomes part of a personal story, and we believe it deserves care long after purchase.

Following expiration of the warranty period, ARIN London may offer repair, restoration, replating, cleaning, renewal, refurbishment, or other aftercare services through the ARIN Care Programme.

Service availability, pricing, eligibility, materials, replacement components, and turnaround times may vary depending on the condition of the item and availability of materials.

Certain repairs, restorations, replacement stones, materials, components, finishes, or services may not be available where original materials have been discontinued, become unavailable, or are no longer commercially practical to source.

Your Consumer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes rights that customers may have under the laws of England and Wales or other applicable consumer protection laws.

Limitation of Warranty

Except as expressly stated in this warranty and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ARIN London disclaims all other warranties, representations, conditions, and guarantees, whether express or implied.

Nothing in this warranty excludes, restricts, or limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
