HOW TO TRACK
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a live tracking link.
You can also log into your ARIN London account and visit Order History at any time to view your order status.
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become available.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and responding to any courier communications relating to delivery, redelivery, customs clearance, or collection requirements.
WHAT YOUR STATUS MEANS
Order Confirmed
We’ve received your order and payment has been successfully authorised. Your order confirmation email should arrive shortly after purchase.
Being Prepared
Your piece is being carefully quality checked, packaged, and prepared for dispatch. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, although processing times may occasionally be longer during collection launches, promotional periods, or holiday seasons.
Dispatched
Your order has left our fulfilment centre and is on its way. Your tracking number is now active.
Out for Delivery
Your courier has your parcel and delivery is expected today.
Delivered
Your order has been delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout or otherwise confirmed as delivered by the courier.
COMMON QUESTIONS
My tracking hasn’t updated
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to refresh after dispatch, particularly during weekends, public holidays, customs processing, or periods of high shipping volume.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact care@arinlondon.com and include your order number.
I wasn’t home for delivery
Your courier may attempt redelivery, leave collection instructions, deliver to a designated collection point, or provide alternative delivery options depending on the courier’s policies.
Customers are responsible for arranging collection or redelivery where required.
If a parcel is returned to ARIN London due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or failure to respond to courier communications, additional shipping charges may apply before redelivery can be arranged.
Can I change my delivery address?
Please contact care@arinlondon.com within one hour of placing your order.
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to update the delivery information.
However, address changes cannot be guaranteed and, once an order has been dispatched, we are generally unable to amend delivery details.
My order is delayed
While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, local courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
