Vouchers & Gift Cards

Everything you need to know about gift cards, store credit, vouchers, and promotion codes so there is never any confusion at checkout.

GIFT CARDS

ARIN London digital gift cards are available in selected denominations. Once purchased, the gift card code will be sent by email either immediately or on a date selected by the purchaser where available.

To redeem a gift card, enter the gift card code at checkout. Any unused balance will remain available for future purchases until the expiry date.

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged for cash, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash, or applied to previous orders except where required by applicable law.

Gift cards may be used to purchase eligible ARIN London products only.

Discount codes, promotional codes, loyalty rewards, referral credits, welcome offers, store credit promotions, and other promotional discounts cannot be used to purchase gift cards unless expressly stated otherwise.

Gift card purchases do not count towards minimum spend requirements for promotional offers, complimentary gifts, loyalty rewards, or other benefits unless expressly stated otherwise.

If the value of an order exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.

If the order value is less than the available gift card balance, the unused balance will remain available for future purchases until the expiry date.

ARIN London is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, damaged, unauthorised, incorrectly delivered, or improperly used gift card codes once issued, except where required by applicable law.

Gift cards should be treated as cash equivalents. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of gift card codes.

Gift card expiry dates will not be extended except where required by applicable law.

ARIN London reserves the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, investigate, or hold gift cards and related transactions where fraud, misuse, unauthorised activity, technical error, or breach of these terms is reasonably suspected.

DISCOUNT & PROMOTION CODES

Promotion codes may be issued through seasonal promotions, ARIN Club benefits, referral programmes, partnerships, influencer collaborations, marketing campaigns, loyalty programmes, or other promotional activities.

To redeem a promotion code:

• Add eligible items to your basket

• Proceed to checkout

• Enter the code in the promotion code field

• The discount will be applied before final payment where eligibility requirements are met

Only one discount code or promotion code may be used per order unless expressly stated otherwise.

Promotion codes cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, offers, loyalty rewards, referral rewards, welcome offers, gift card promotions, sale pricing, bundle pricing, complimentary gift promotions, free shipping promotions, or other promotional benefits unless expressly stated otherwise.

Promotion codes may be limited to specific products, collections, customers, territories, sales channels, order values, quantities, dates, or promotional periods as determined by ARIN London.

Promotion codes are non-transferable, carry no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, gift cards, refunds, or other monetary value.

Promotion codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed purchases, previous orders, shipping charges, gift card purchases, taxes, duties, import charges, customs fees, or other excluded items unless expressly stated.

ARIN London reserves the right to verify eligibility before applying, honouring, or maintaining any promotional offer.

ARIN London reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, cancel, or refuse any promotion, code, offer, or discount where reasonably necessary, including where misuse, fraud, technical error, pricing error, duplicate issuance, system malfunction, or unauthorised activity is suspected.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit may be issued by ARIN London in connection with returns, exchanges, customer service resolutions, promotions, goodwill gestures, or other circumstances determined by ARIN London.

Unless otherwise stated, store credit is valid for 24 months from the date of issue.

Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, cannot be resold, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by applicable law.

Store credit may only be redeemed on eligible purchases made through ARIN London.

ARIN London reserves the right to cancel, suspend, adjust, or revoke store credit where fraud, misuse, technical error, duplicate issuance, unauthorised activity, or breach of these terms is reasonably suspected.

MISUSE & FRAUD PREVENTION

ARIN London reserves the right to refuse, suspend, cancel, reverse, recover, adjust, or revoke the value of any gift card, promotion code, loyalty reward, referral reward, store credit, voucher, discount, complimentary gift, promotional benefit, or related transaction where misuse, abuse, fraud, technical error, duplicate issuance, unauthorised activity, pricing error, system error, or breach of these terms is reasonably suspected.

ARIN London reserves the right to cancel orders, remove discounts, refuse promotional participation, recover improperly obtained benefits, or take other reasonable action where promotional offers have been obtained or used contrary to their intended purpose.

CODE NOT WORKING?

Please check that:

• The code has been entered exactly as issued and is case-sensitive where applicable

• The code remains within its validity period

• Your basket meets any minimum spend requirements

• The products in your basket are eligible for the promotion

• The code has not previously been redeemed

• No other promotion, discount, or offer has already been applied

• Any territorial, customer, collection, product, or campaign restrictions have been satisfied

POLICY CHANGES

ARIN London reserves the right to amend, update, withdraw, suspend, replace, or modify any gift card programme, voucher programme, store credit programme, loyalty programme, referral programme, promotional offer, discount code, or related terms at any time, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Any changes will not affect rights that have already accrued under applicable law.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this Vouchers & Gift Cards Policy limits, excludes, or affects any rights that you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
