DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Your piece is dispatched with the same care and attention with which it was created. Every order is carefully prepared, quality checked, and beautifully packaged before leaving our studio.
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely, securely, and in excellent condition.
UK DELIVERY
Standard Delivery
2–5 Business Days / £9.95 per order
Complimentary on orders with a merchandise value of £250 or more after discounts have been applied.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday, are typically processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
DHL Express Delivery
3–7 Business Days / £14.95 per order
Complimentary on orders with a merchandise value of £300 or more after discounts have been applied.
We ship worldwide using DHL Express, providing a fast, secure, and fully tracked delivery service.
All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis where available. This means duties, taxes, customs charges, and import fees are generally included in the shipping cost shown at checkout. In rare circumstances, local regulations, courier requirements, remote area surcharges, governmental changes, or circumstances beyond our control may result in additional charges, for which the customer may remain responsible.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance procedures, local courier operations, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, and circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During collection launches, promotional periods, holiday seasons, or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be longer than normal.
Should there be any significant delay, our Client Care team will contact you using the details provided with your order.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and delivery details.
You can track your parcel at any time using the tracking information provided by the courier.
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become available.

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, or you require assistance locating your parcel, please contact our Client Care team at care@arinlondon.com.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information provided by the courier and taking reasonable steps to receive delivery. Failure to monitor tracking updates, respond to courier communications, arrange redelivery, provide requested information, or collect a parcel from a designated collection point may result in additional charges, delayed delivery, return of the parcel, or cancellation of the order.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery.
We recommend providing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel during business hours.
ARIN London cannot accept responsibility for parcels that have been successfully delivered and signed for, delivered to the address provided at checkout, delivered in accordance with courier instructions supplied by the customer, or otherwise confirmed as delivered by the courier.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
International orders are generally shipped with duties and taxes prepaid where available through our delivery partners.
The final amount payable by the customer will be displayed at checkout.
Customers remain responsible for any duties, taxes, customs charges, import charges, brokerage fees, storage fees, administrative charges, penalties, or governmental fees imposed due to inaccurate information provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, failure to cooperate with customs authorities, or circumstances outside ARIN London’s control.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Severe weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Local courier delays
• Transportation disruptions
• Labour shortages
• High seasonal shipping volumes
• Security checks
• Government actions
• Supply chain disruptions
While we will always assist in resolving delivery issues where reasonably possible, ARIN London cannot guarantee delivery timeframes once a parcel is in transit and shall not be liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure all delivery information is entered accurately at checkout.
We are unable to redirect, amend, or guarantee changes to delivery details once an order has been dispatched.
Any additional costs, losses, delays, return shipping charges, customs fees, storage fees, or other expenses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, undeliverable, or outdated address information may be the responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
For security reasons, we recommend providing a residential or business address where someone can accept delivery.
We reserve the right to decline shipment to PO Boxes, parcel forwarding services, freight forwarding companies, mail handling facilities, virtual addresses, or addresses that cannot be securely verified.
PACKAGING
All orders are dispatched in our signature ARIN London presentation, thoughtfully packaged using plastic-reduced and responsibly sourced materials where reasonably possible.
Your piece is secured within its ritual keepsake box and carefully protected for transit.
Packaging design, presentation, accompanying materials, inserts, certificates, and promotional materials may vary from time to time without notice.
Prices are not displayed on packing documentation enclosed with your order, making our packaging suitable for gifting.
INSURANCE & SECURITY
Every shipment is tracked and insured while in transit until delivery is confirmed by the courier.
For security reasons, we reserve the right to require signature confirmation, identity verification, delivery confirmation, or additional security checks for selected orders.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, abandoned, undeliverable, delayed due to customer inaction, or otherwise unable to be delivered due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, refusal to cooperate with the courier, customs authorities, or other third parties, any return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, storage fees, administrative charges, handling fees, or other expenses incurred may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
MISSING OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost, or does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our Client Care team at care@arinlondon.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Please include your order number, photographs where applicable, and any relevant supporting information.
ARIN London reserves the right to investigate claims with the relevant courier, insurer, logistics provider, or other third parties before approving a replacement, refund, store credit, or other remedy.
Customers may be required to cooperate with reasonable investigations, provide additional information, complete declarations, submit supporting documentation, or comply with courier procedures relating to loss, damage, theft, or non-delivery claims.
FORCE MAJEURE
ARIN London shall not be liable for delays, non-performance, delivery interruptions, or failure to fulfil its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labour disputes, transportation disruptions, customs delays, governmental actions, power failures, cyber incidents, courier service interruptions, or supply chain disruptions.
Where such circumstances occur, ARIN London reserves the right to extend delivery timeframes, suspend shipments, cancel orders, or provide alternative solutions as reasonably necessary.
POLICY CHANGES
ARIN London reserves the right to amend, update, withdraw, or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will not affect orders placed before the effective date of the revised policy, subject always to applicable consumer protection laws.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy limits, excludes, or replaces any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, or equivalent legislation applicable in your country of purchase.
