Supplier Code of Conduct

InFaith LTD, trading as ARIN London, expects suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, service providers, consultants, agents, and other business partners to operate in a lawful, ethical, responsible, and professional manner.

This Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the standards ARIN London seeks to promote throughout its business relationships.

Compliance with applicable laws remains the responsibility of each supplier.

1. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, and industry requirements in the jurisdictions in which they operate.

This includes, where applicable:

• Employment laws

• Labour laws

• Health and safety laws

• Environmental laws

• Human rights laws

• Anti-corruption laws

• Data protection laws

• Trade and customs regulations

2. NO FORCED LABOUR OR MODERN SLAVERY

Suppliers must not knowingly engage in or support:

• Forced labour

• Bonded labour

• Debt bondage

• Human trafficking

• Prison labour where prohibited by law

• Any form of involuntary labour

Employment should be voluntary and workers should be free to leave employment in accordance with applicable laws and contractual arrangements.

3. NO CHILD LABOUR

Suppliers must comply with applicable child labour laws and minimum working age requirements.

ARIN London does not support the employment of workers below the minimum legal working age applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.

Where local law permits young workers, appropriate safeguards should be implemented to protect their welfare, education, development, and safety.

4. FAIR WAGES & WORKING HOURS

Suppliers should provide compensation and working conditions that comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Workers should receive wages, benefits, and working conditions consistent with legal requirements.

Working hours, overtime arrangements, rest periods, and leave entitlements should comply with applicable labour laws.

5. NON-DISCRIMINATION & RESPECT

Suppliers should promote workplaces that are professional, respectful, and free from unlawful discrimination, harassment, abuse, intimidation, violence, or retaliation.

Employment-related decisions should be based on lawful and objective considerations.

6. HEALTH & SAFETY

Suppliers should provide working environments that comply with applicable health and safety requirements.

This may include, where appropriate:

• Safe facilities

• Adequate lighting and ventilation

• Access to drinking water

• Sanitary facilities

• Emergency procedures

• Appropriate safety equipment

• Workplace training

7. ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

Suppliers should comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations.

Where reasonably practicable, suppliers are encouraged to reduce waste, improve efficiency, minimise unnecessary environmental impacts, and support responsible business practices.

8. MATERIALS & SOURCING

Suppliers should seek to maintain responsible sourcing practices and comply with applicable laws relating to sourcing, procurement, trade, and human rights.

Where reasonably available, suppliers should maintain records relating to sourcing practices and cooperate with reasonable requests for information regarding materials supplied to ARIN London.

ARIN London does not knowingly seek to source materials connected to unlawful activity, serious human rights abuses, or prohibited trade practices.

9. ANTI-BRIBERY & ANTI-CORRUPTION

Suppliers must not knowingly engage in bribery, corruption, fraud, money laundering, kickback schemes, or other unlawful business practices.

Business dealings should be conducted honestly, ethically, and in accordance with applicable laws.

10. REPORTING CONCERNS

Suppliers are encouraged to report concerns relating to unlawful conduct, unethical practices, serious compliance issues, human rights concerns, labour violations, corruption, fraud, or other significant matters.

Where appropriate, concerns may be raised without fear of unlawful retaliation.

11. NON-COMPLIANCE

Where ARIN London becomes aware of potential non-compliance with this Code, we may request additional information, conduct further review, require corrective actions, suspend business activities, or terminate a business relationship where considered appropriate.

The nature of any response will depend on the circumstances, severity of the issue, available information, and applicable legal obligations.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This Supplier Code of Conduct represents ARIN London’s expectations and principles at the time of publication.

It does not create employment relationships, partnership arrangements, agency relationships, fiduciary duties, third-party beneficiary rights, guarantees, warranties, certifications, audit obligations, or contractual rights unless expressly incorporated into a separate written agreement.

ARIN London reserves the right to amend, update, modify, or replace this Code at any time.
