These Terms and Conditions govern your use of arinlondon.com and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you've read and accepted these Terms.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from arinlondon.com. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICING

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Colours on screen may differ slightly from physical products due to monitor settings. All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT at the applicable rate. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; the price in your order confirmation is the price you pay. Where a pricing error is identified, we'll contact you before fulfilling your order.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to purchase. Our acceptance occurs when we send your dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline orders due to unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. Where declined, any payment will be refunded in full.

PAYMENT

We accept debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and additional payment providers available in your region. All payments are processed securely. We never store your full card details.

SPIRITUAL & METAPHYSICAL CLAIMS

The spiritual, energetic, and metaphysical properties described in relation to gemstones and our blessing practice represent beliefs held across cultural and spiritual traditions. They are not intended as medical claims, therapeutic recommendations, or scientifically verified health advice. Arin London jewellery is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. By purchasing, you acknowledge that any benefits are understood as matters of personal belief and tradition.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on arinlondon.com — text, photography, logos, designs, and the 1,000-Hour Blessing Rite concept — is the intellectual property of Infaith LTD and/or its licensors, protected under UK copyright law, EU copyright law, the Berne Convention, and applicable international treaties. Nothing may be reproduced without prior written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arin London's total liability for any purchase shall not exceed the total value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury from our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Where permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), seated in London, England, conducted in English by a single arbitrator. Disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only — you waive any right to participate in a class action or collective proceeding, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing here limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence or purchase. Where required by law, you may bring proceedings in your local courts. We reserve the right to seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect our intellectual property.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms don't affect your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, and equivalent law in your country.

FORCE MAJEURE

We're not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, epidemic, or transportation disruptions. We'll notify you promptly and work to fulfil our obligations as conditions allow.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it shall be severed. The remaining provisions continue in full force.
