The ARIN Care Programme reflects our commitment to helping clients maintain, refresh, repair, and care for their jewellery throughout its lifetime.
Whether your piece requires routine maintenance, professional attention, restoration, or ceremonial renewal, our Client Care team will be pleased to assist.
PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
Regular cleaning can help maintain the appearance and condition of your jewellery.
We recommend periodic professional cleaning depending on wear frequency, lifestyle, and material type.
Professional cleaning services may be available for eligible ARIN London pieces.

Service availability, turnaround times, and applicable charges may vary.
REPAIR SERVICES
Should your piece require repair, our team will assess the condition of the item and advise on available options.
Repair services may be available for eligible ARIN London pieces, including issues relating to clasps, chains, settings, fastenings, and other components.
Where a valid warranty claim is approved under the ARIN Two-Year Limited Warranty, eligible repairs may be carried out at no additional charge.
Repairs that fall outside warranty coverage will be assessed individually and quoted before any work is undertaken.
Not all damage can be repaired, and repair services remain subject to technical feasibility, material availability, condition assessment, and approval by ARIN London.
RESTORATION SERVICES
For pieces that have been worn and enjoyed over time, restoration services may be available to improve appearance, functionality, and overall condition.
Depending on the piece, restoration services may include cleaning, polishing, refinishing, stone tightening, component replacement, inspection, or other maintenance work.
While we strive to achieve the best possible result, ARIN London cannot guarantee that a restored piece will appear identical to its original condition when new.
The extent of restoration possible will depend on the age, condition, materials, wear, and repair history of the item.
CEREMONIAL RENEWAL SERVICES
Following cleaning, repair, or restoration, clients may request a ceremonial renewal service.
Where available, the piece may undergo an additional ceremonial preparation process before being returned.
Ceremonial renewal services are optional and subject to availability.
SILVER CARE CLOTH
Every eligible ARIN London jewellery purchase includes a silver care cloth designed to assist with routine maintenance between professional cleaning services.
The cloth should be used gently and only in accordance with the care instructions provided.
Care cloths may not be suitable for all materials, gemstones, coatings, finishes, or product types.
